Hi,
We have customers who send to our OTRS system with a lot of other involved parties as well in CC, the problem as such is that the other parties don't get the [Ticket #XXXXXXXXXX] create notification mail, and when they reply the system creates a new ticket with their reply.
Is there a way to make sure the cc: addresses also get the ticket create notification?

Generally, no, but I understand your situation and don't think it will help. The reason I think that is that the people won't reply-all to the ticket auto-reply notification *anyway*. They're fixed on the correspondence and replying-all to the content of the message. The AutoReply is just "in the way" and unless people are prepared to content-reply to "Hey thank you for your ticket" they'll be corresponding directly to the thread.
