It might be helpful to know what you mean by integration.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
Please edit your signature to include your OTRS version, Operating System, and database type.

Hi Crythias,

Thanks for your response!!

We are looking integration OTRS and Redmine such way, that tickets initially reported in otrs get automatically imported in redmine (By updating state/moving in specific queue/ anything else action). Second we would like that if we close ticket in redmine, the corresponding ticket in otrs shall be closed also.

We have referred conceptually https://github.com/Mattes1000/otrs-redmine and followed mentioned methods.. but seems some thing is wrong within.

Would you please suggest if it could be possible!!

Kind Regards,
Kiran

I have not responded because this is outside the scope of a free forum. Exclamation points aren't helpful and as I am unfamiliar with the third party product, I don't think I'd be able to assist effectively. There is already information on using third party integrations, and you already know how to send emails to OTRS. Please read my Need help? link in my signature for more information.
