Found one of our Administrators accidentally changed the Frontend::CommonParam##TicketID to a "1". Changing the setting back to a "0" resolved the issue.
Hello,
We are currently using OTRS 3.3.9 with ITSM. OTRS is running on CentOS 6.5.
The software has been running fine for a couple of months until this morning, when Agents could no longer generate tickets from the "Tickets" > "New Email Ticket" function. When any of the Agents try, we get a blank white page with "Powered by OTRS 3.3.9" in the upper left corner of the web page.
Am I looking at a rights issue?
I am using OTRS Version: 3.3.9 w/ITSM
I am using OS: CentOS 6.5
I am using Database: MySQL
I can replicate the issue by: Multiple Agents have the issue, regardless of browser being used.
This is what I've tried: I have checked my SysConfig Tickets configuration and see nothing amiss.
I have not found any posts that are relevant, but I am still looking.
I've looked at the HowTos on this. I haven't found anything that applies.
I've looked at the Docs. Found nothing that applies.
Google and Bing searches don't seem to find my issue.

check your database status for crashed tables/full storage.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
