System logged tickets

Hi

I'd like to create system logged jobs.I can get the system to send out an email but I would prefer it create it directly put into the ticketing system.

Also I would like to be able create a support ticket internally which isn't either a phone or email ticket. It's a ticket to be opened by a IT staff to work on problems.

Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
