I have created a custom button on agent screen for moving ticket to a particular queue.
I want to show some specific message in the ticket history on the button click.
It should be clear that the custom button was clicked.Can we have such a customized history entry?

If the button is linked to a custom module and the module is configured to do a HistoryAdd, yes.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

History is getting added. But in the history the default words are mentioned.
For e.g. in this case, history will show that ticket move was performed but will not show that a particular button was clicked.
Is it possible to add the button name to the entry in history?
