issue with calendars [solved]

I found an issue using calendars, TimeVacationDaysOneTime to be more specific (OTRS calendars as it, without your development).

I added the 365 days of the year minus just one day but the SLA solution time is not looking/counting beyond the May, 15th. The idea is to have a special SLA that only applies (count time) on the first 15 business days of the financial end quarters which is Jan, May, July, Oct. (example all days from Mondays to Fridays between 1 to 15 of June)

So, I want to know if this is a bug or a just restriction.
