[SOLVED] Agent cant see all tickets in Queues

[SOLVED] Agent cant see all tickets in Queues
Hello,
I found that only one agent from group can't see all the tickets. For others, it works well in the same group. For this agent, there are more than 700 tickets in MyQueues but when he click on Queue, there is only 3-4 tickets.
Any Idea ??

Agent is not a member of Users Group (or of all queue groups).

Only one person is not able to see all tickets in his Queue from the group. For other people in same group, its working fine.Agent is not a member of Users Group (or of all queue groups).
Am i clear? I dont know what i am missing for this person.

No, the only reason one cannot see "all tickets" whatever that means is:
1) wrong queue
2) wrong filter applied
3) not part of permissions
4) ACL

Well, I can assure that he is in right group with right permissions.
He can see all Queues with tickets. The problem is all Tickets are not displaying in queue view.

Case 1) Not working : not working.. it shows only 4 tickets instead of 18 tickets

Case 2) Working : it shows ALL 8 tickets .

could be cache, but without looking at a specific ticket that is in one and not another, it can't be determined from the limited information provided.

I have deleted caches. The problem is somewhere else.could be cache,
