Process Management

Hi,

I'm a little bit confused about how i can make simple process work.

I would like to:
a) User creates process ticket and asks for some equipment e.g. computer or phone.
b) Manager receive the ticket and approve or reject.
if manager rejects the ticket is cloesed and user gets info in email.
c) Manager approve the ticket and user gets the ticket, and can buy the equipment by himself.

is there any examples out there i can follow?

I'm getting a "Error Message: No Process configured!" when i create process, guess I'm going through the example again
