Hi I using OTRS 3.3.13.
I add new notification, it will auto send mail to agent when customer create a ticket.
But it not woring.
I was check my account send mail, it ok.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi. I was set New ticket notification in Agent preferences "Yes" and select my Queues. but it not working, when Customer create ticket, the system otrs not send email notification to agent, when agent answer the system otrs send a email to customer. I don't know fix it.

What do the logs say?
