Hi,
In the OTRS Data Schema in the Table "article" OTRS save upon other information the two following Information:
change_time
change_by
Could someone explain me why OTRS need this information?
Is it generally possible to change an article after it was created? When yes, than how is it possible?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
