Hello All,
I've installed OTRS 4.x.x version. In order to customize the escalation notification I've disabled default one and using Notifications (Event) wherein I've selected event as EscalationResponseTimeStart and EscalationSolutionTimeStart and selected specific Queue and agents. But I'm not able to receive escalation mails. But it is working in 3.4.x.
Can anyone help me that am I missing/some other way to configure this OTRS 4 version?
