Hi,
Is it possible to send agent notification with rich content? The incoming user request with embedded image but those images were removed when OTRS sent notification to agents. It shows <snip> in the notification e-mail. Is there any option we can configure to have rich content included in e-mail?

I got the same problem. From what I could see its that the <snip> at the end could be missing a closing / or something like that but im no coding guru

It wasn't intended to be anything more than a nudge to get your agents to the web interface anyway. Plus it's a snip and could have interrupted unknown html markup.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
