I am stuck during the configuration i have implement the OTRS 3.3.14 ITSM and after configuring the agent and groups and queues ,sla then i configure the fetchmail which work proper but i stuck during all mail fetch but how to filter these mail to different queues.My Company requirement is nagios monitor the all server and send email alert and then these mail are fetch using fetchmai after that these mails are filter and assign to agent who is responsible for finished this task.Plese Help me out....................

White space is our friend. :) a big run of words doesn't help us find the request.
Take a breath, look at the problem, put it in a question.
Q: How do I filter incoming email to different queues?
A: Use Postmaster filter.
Don't say "I did, and it didn't work." We can't fix "Didn't work." Explain with a sample email address, what you're looking for to "match" and what you expect to happen: "go to queue X".
Example:

I have an email that comes from somewhere@someplace.com. It always has a subject that looks like "Event Problem XXX". I'd like that to always to Queue Y. How? This is what I tried...
