Hi all,
I have defined a queue , lets say "Common" which belongs to users group. If a user assigns a ticket to this 'Common' queue I need to notify all agents by email. So far i have selected/highlighted this particular "Common" queue under my queues for all agents and have set all email notifications to 'yes'. All agents have full access to users group too.
But still the agents do not get a mail notification when a user assigns a ticket to the "common" queue.
Any ideas ?
