When sending a request, customers have 2 options to send it either via portal or sending a direct email to the systems email address.
When using the portal, everything works okay.
But when a customer sends a request via email, it goes directly to "Junk" queue?
Is there a way to change this default queue when customers are sending their requests via email?

admin email settings. Dispatch by To or dispatch by queue
