How does FAQ module work?

In our environment, FAQs are displayed in the right hand section on selection of certain dynamic fields (categories to be specific).
I am searching for the exact code which handles this functionality but not able to locate the same.

Experts, please share in case anyone knows how the FAQs are displayed on selection of certain fields.
Any pointers regarding this will be appreciated.
