How do I hide some queues on Customer portal?

Post by rcsdownload »

I have a queue named "Junk" where the agents put the tickets they wanted to delete.
I also have a queue named "General" which is the default queue for all requests done directly from email and not thru Customer portal.

How do I hide these 2 queues visible on Customer portal page?
I want these only to be visible on the agents not on on the customers.

Thank you.

Thank you Crythias for your reply.
Is it this one?

"Sometimes, you don't have a choice. When you wish to hide queues, there are two (main) ways to do it: ACL and Group Membership."

May I know how to do this?
Thank you so much!
