Autosave attachments

i am wondering if there is a way to get otrs to autosave attachments, sent to an spesific email account?

OTRS should already pick up attachments in mails sent to OTRS and when you mail to someone the attachment is saved in the article. Are you talking about another way of saving attachments?

yes, i would like pdf attachments sent to an spesific adress, automaticly saved on the file server. Is this possible?
