I believe I am not the first person who do not manage to create new field in SLA management new SLA form. Unfortunately I did not find information regarding this issue. I managed to add new row in myphp table "SLA", but did not find any *pm which should be modified to affect changes to user interface. For me is no problem to add new field to Customer_user or Customer_company forms, but still SLA or service forms lack.

You didn't find Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AdminSLA.dtl and Kernel/Modules/AdminSLA.pm?
