Email Notification - For Customer Webrequest not working

Hello,

What should I do to receive email notification as an owner of the ticket, when a customer posts a follow up message through web request.

Please advise.

Agent preferences Yes, Queue highlighted in My Queues.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the quick response. That works.

Similarly, I would also like to have the email notification sent to "Responsible" agent. How do I do that?

I would guess, but if you tried that and it didn't work, I would expect you'd ask a different question.
