fetchmail works but ticket is not created in otrs 4
fetchmail works but ticket is not created in otrs 4. I install & configured the fetchmail in centos. the email are fetched. but In otrs not ticket is created..... can any one help me on this???

Cronjobs are configure correctly ? What does the log say ?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS
