Good day,
We are running OTRS 3.3.8 on Debian 7 that was installed using a manual process and we would like to update to 3.3.14. How can we go about that process?
Should we basically overwrite the existing OTRS home directory & set permissions?
Regards,
Update 3.3.8 to 3.3.14

Re: Update 3.3.8 to 3.3.14
There's actually information about how to do that in the UPGRADING.md (or online).
Also you could upgrade to 4.latest

Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

We don't want to upgrade to 4 just yet, as there are some required modules that do not support version 4.
Thanks for the tip, will look into it.

Re: Update 3.3.8 to 3.3.14
Just went through the UPGRADING.md file, it explains only the upgrade from 3.2 to 3.3.
Please note that this is not an "upgrade" per say but rather an "update" with the same version 3.3.x.

Yes.
Have you read past the first 2-3 sentences

If you need to do such a "patch level upgrade", you should skip steps 9 and 13-16.
