Hi,
I have configured OTRS to fetch mails from an email address and load them on the dashboard as tickets, Now I want to generate a report on all the tickets picked last month but the output only logs tickets from customers.
NB
I have not added customers yet and only have tickets fetched from the email address inbox, no logins from the customer portal.
Please help.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I figured it out...thanks to Crythias for taking an interest. The problem was more of setting the restrictions right.
