How to generate ITSMChange with GenericAgent

Hi everybody.
I urgently need to set the task in GenericAgent to generate changes in ITSMChange by a template in given conditions. Could anybody help, please? It's a question of my job perspective. I may lose my position if i fail.

If it's urgent, you might try hiring someone to assist you. Note that you've basically provided nothing to assist you with your quest.

You need to break out the steps that you *can* do, the steps you've *tried* to do, and the steps that are stopping from further progress.

Also, normal stuff like version of OTRS, Operating System, add-ons, what's new, what's different, etc.
Maybe even a full example of what the completed result should look like when/if it accomplishes.
