Hello everyone,
employees of a customer open service ticket via email. These can give an email autoresponder, but in case of closure of the ticket can not send a notification.
I tried to follow the guide on the wiki but still not working.
My version of OTRS is the 4.0.9.
Someone can give me some guidance?

Send a reply/response with next state closed.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
