Make templates without Admin

Hi

Is there any way for agents to make new templates without having super admin level. We want agents to make templates when they need to but dont want to give them full admin right.

You can add a special "agents" group and add this group in SysConfig for the Admins and AdminTemplates module registration...

Great thanks alot so pleased there is a way. I have added a new group called Templates Groupo and added an agent to this group they have rights to this group but not admin. I have gone to Ticket Frontend::Admin::ModuleRegistration and added the group. When I log in as the agent with the group rights I dont see the admin box. Frontend::Module###AdminTemplate is enabled.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong please?

You have to add the new group to the module registration of "Admin" as well...

I have added the group to AdminTemplate and AdminQueueTemplate but still I cannot see module from the agent in the specified group. I guess I am missing activation of this module somewhere else. I do not see Module registration "Admin" is it possible you can specify where this is found please? Struggling a bit on this and its very important for me?

ok sorted it needed to be set under Agent aswell.

However I would like now members of IT to be able to only add New Agents, Agent Groups and Agent Roles. Is this possible to do this also? I am struggling to search for this due to searching for Agent and lots of fields.

Unfortunately I was not able to sort that out. I know, this topic is a little bit overaged. However, could someone give me a hint?
Where do I have to put the additional group? I added the group at nearly all places which seemd to fit. Nothing worked.
