Hi all,
i having a problem seen i configure the o365 email in otrs, the system unable to send escalation notification when the escalation time is reach, the log show me as below
Can't send message: 550Start mail input; end with <CRLF>.<CRLF>
Error sending message
this is work when i using sendmail but now seen o365 i only able to use SMTPTLS with port 587.
normal new ticket creation is working.
is anyone can help ??? much appreciate.

Check your Notification Sender email address in SysConfig
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
