Hi all,
I've just migrated my otrs server from version 3.3.9 to 4 patch 10.
Everything is ok, but I have a problem with external e-mail. When I send an email to a customer this arrived with the time-header wrong. The server time was 8.30 am but the mail says 10.30 am.
I've changed the timezone in the Core::Time::TimeZone +2 but the recording time of the ticket proved wrong..
Someone else with this problem? Is this a bug?
