Pop up too slow to appear when e mail sended to outside address

Hello everyone (sorry for my english)

I use actually OTRS 3.3.9 in production, it is configured to send email using Sendmail connected to our mail server (Exchange)

It works great, but the pop up for reply take too much time to appear when i reply to an e mail address which is not in our domain.

Example : When i reply to e mail address which is our domain (titi.fr) so for example toto@titi.fr the pop up appears immediatly.
But if i reply to e mail address which is not in our domain (example.com) so for example toto@example.com , the pop up take long time to appears (15sec approximatively).

There is a way to fix that ? Is that normal ? May the system check the address email somewhere ? There is a way to desactivate this ? Or write email address in memory to win time ?

Try disabling CheckMXRecord in the Sysconfig and see if that helps.
