Re-Open Ticket

Hello All,

I have raised the incident and close it with successful. But the OTRS system reopen the incident again. I dont know why it is happen. Can you please help me and tell me why the ticket is open automatically. The history details given below of the incident.

StateUpdate Old: "open" New: "closed successful" - Raju Patil 8/17/2015 17:57
EscalationUpdateTimeStop Escalation update time finished - Raju Patil 8/17/2015 17:57
Unlock Unlocked ticket. - Raju Patil 8/17/2015 17:57
AddNote Added note (Close) Zoom view Raju Patil 8/17/2015 17:57
TimeAccounting 120 time unit(s) accounted. Now total 180 time unit(s). Zoom view Raju Patil 8/17/2015 17:57
Lock Locked ticket. - Admin OTRS 8/17/2015 18:00
Misc Reset of unlock time. - Admin OTRS 8/17/2015 18:00
StateUpdate Old: "closed successful" New: "open" - Admin OTRS 8/17/2015 18:00

Sometimes this possibly could happen if the close ticket notification loops back to the server.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Don't do that.
