Hi,

Is there a way to add the defined signature while adding new notes or during ticket creation?

actually is only used in Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose

Ticket creation? No, but again, why? and of course notifications will contain signatures.

Notes only if are external and Ticket creation because are communications with the customer. Should have the signature.

as they are not leaving the system this does really make sense.

What jojo said. If you want the signature to be on every page, put it in the web code (.tt or .dtl).
