Bursts High CPU Usage

Hello Guys.

I am look the following problem:

The server on which the OTRS is installed is having high CPU utilization spikes.

No changes were made in the systems, simply began to introduce this bursts.

Notice, through the cli, the consumption of the daemon "otrs" is using 95% CPU and sending the command "otrs. generateda ..."

My OTRS is under test, there is no other user using, only I, your hardware resource is:

On the virtualized VMware ESXi 5.1
4 vCpus (virtual CPU in vmware)
4 GB of RAM
170 GB of hard disk

That would probably be /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.GenerateDashboardStats.pl , this runs every hour by default.
Do you get anything in the log about DashboardStats?
