How to display the work order icon on the OTRS home page

Dear Team,

I tried searching for the answer, however could not find one, hence my question below.

There are few work orders (change mgmt) assigned to me, however I do not find the wok order icon displayed on the OTRS home page. I can see all other change related icons (like 'Change Manager', 'My CABs' & 'My Changes') but not the WO icon.
Please refer to the screen shot for your perusal.

Note: I am testing this change mgmt in test environment and remember seeing that icon earlier. Did not make any changes though, as far as I remember.

Your immediate advice / help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

the workorder should appear, once you are assigned to a workorder and the state is created. This can be changed in sysconfig.

Maybe you need to check sysconfig if you changed the behaviour. Maybe your sysconfig is changed to:
Show all Workorders where:
- you are assigned
- and in state ready

Hi,

search for "Workorder" in sysconfig, and you'll find it.

There is an option to "Define the workorder states that will be used as filters in the MyWorkorders overview."
