In one of my processes, the tickets are closed not by using the close button in the zoom view, but through an activity dialog based on the value of a drop down field. The ticket state is set to closed using a transition action. The only difference to the close functionality in the zoom view is that, after the ticket is closed, the agent is not redirected to dashboard. Is there a way I can redirect the agent to dashboard?
