Hi,
How can I set SLA Escalation - solution time to 3 bussines days? I have set calendar with custom business days and hours and chosen in SLA management as default. I just want to know if I can set up escalation values more than 1440 minutes.

Escalation longer than 1440 minutes (24 hours)
