Problem Survey

Hi
I have a problem with survey, because when I create a new survey, only works once in each list
and sends bad the email.
the address in the body of the survey is:

By clicking on the link that is sent to the client, generates this error:

Survey Error!
Invalid key survey.
The survey inserted key is invalid, if you Followed a link maybe this is obsolete or broken.

I discovered that "survey" is not placing the link unique id of the survey,if I modify the link with the id, I can enter the survey, as this example.

Could you show us the body of the mail you send out?

In the survey click on edit general info and copy the body.

That looks correct.

Then back to your first question. What do you mean with "only works once in each list" ?

You know that a survey key is valid only until it is answered?

And you know about the two parameters you can set in the sysconfig:
1) Max number of survey per 30 days per customeruser
2) Minimum days between two survey requests

You might want to tune these if you get the feeling that a survey is not sent out fast enough.
