Delete Attachments from Ticket
I am currently using OTRS 4.0.11 in a Centos build. Today a ticket was received from and unknown user that had an attachment that scanned and was identified as a virus. We would like to permanently remove this attachment from the ticket. Is an way this can be done?

Generic agent can delete the ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the information. I was able to delete the entire ticket with the generic agent.

http://feature-addons.de/otrs/Ticket%20 ... ttachments can be used to for actions like delete a single attachment or based on rules, rename an attachment etc.
