login as AD and local accounts

Hi,
i installed OTRS 4.0.12.
Trying to configure Kerberos authentication with Active Directory 2012 R2 by this article.
But it doesn't work and i can't login as default user "root".
Where i can read logs about authentication?
How i can enable simultaneous logon as AD and local accounts?
