Hi,
I would like to hide text field from Create New Phone Ticket, Create New E-mail Ticket and AgentTicketZoom overview. Just want to use Dynamic field more than default.
I was able to manage to hide them from “Close” option in SysConfig but have problem for above.
Could you advise please?
