Tickets auto merge

Hello,
We are using otrs 4 as main ticketing platform. We are company operating with storage systems with auto notification systems. There is some bugs in those and sometimes we get 100 mails in 5 min. Every mail is opening new ticket, and after weekend we have 1k+ opened cases.

We need some solution to deal with that. The best solution would be auto merging all that mails into one ticket. Otrs should merge tickets from same mail which have been opened in short period of time . Any help?

Is the subject and/or body the same? Then http://opar.perl-services.de/dist/Merge ... kets-4.0.2 might help.

Also System Monitoring plugin.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Subject and mail is the same. Is there any configuration needed or I install it and it is running?
