Hi,
I have two problems with postmaster filter and setting responsible person.
1.I successfully created filter which assign the call to particular responsible agent. However when I do this, the agent don’t get notification in some reason. When I create new phone ticket or change responsible in existing one, he gets. But not when this is done using e-mail filter.
2.I can’t find X-OTRS-FollowUp-Responsible which would be very useful for me. Is any way to enable it?
Could you help me with above please?

Add to SysConfig
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Actually in same reason it doesn't work. It does when I do this without followup but with doesn't change to responsible person.
