Dear OTRS Experts ,
we are working as Data Network Company , we provide solution for customer and selling some network equipment to the Customer .
so what i need to know ?
how i Can store these information in OTRS and also make these information searchable ?
For Example :
Customer A ( 3 Different Project ) and every project has materials and maybe SLA for some items .
Customer B ( 1 Project ) .
Customer C ( 2 Project )
our Agents will support these customer based on Project / SLA
what is best way to store These Information ?
for Example : Administration - Customers - Projects Tab - Sub-Project-Tab

You could add another field to the customers. There are threads in the forum about it, but basically it is:
- Create a new column in the customer-table
- Add that column to the customer map (copy the hash from the Defaults.pm to the Config.pm and edit it)
