Hi,
I have OTRS 4 installed. I enabled Customer Groups feature. When I navigate to [Admin] => [Customer User <-> Groups] and select either group or customer I miss columns "RO" and "RW", as described in documentation http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... and-groups.
System was originally installed as 3.1 (don't remember actual version) and upgrade to 3.2.16 => 3.3.14 => 4.0.11.
This feature was not working as intended in 3.1 also (no RO, RW columns).
Please advise.

Re: OTRS - Customer Groups
I would like to advice: http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/doc/doc-ad ... n_book.pdf
When there is such a big error (no RO/RW options) you should really think of a new (clean) installation...

Re: OTRS - Customer Groups
Hi,
Clean install was not required.
System was missing configuration element values
System::Customer::Permission
ro & rw
After adding those values, admin interface properly shows columns.
Permissions assigned on users are working fine after this change.
I assume that if I would do clean install and migrate the database I would end up with the same result, but that's just a guess.
