Is it possible to remove [-] in Queue selection when customer creates new ticket. And if yes, how this should be done? Any possible links to examples?

Set a default queue in SysConfig. Also consider hiding the queue at the same time.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Ok. Didn't know you can completely abandon Queues and work only with services.
