Have a litle question..
In my company (not really mine

I started to use time unit to control +/- the hours used on each request, and i have a checkbox (dynamic field) that tell me if that ticket is for discont on the contract hours, or if is a "normal" request.
Is it possible to have in the dasboard a counter of time spent on ticket's identified as "specialized labour", and subtratct to the 60 hour?
I can select a list of the specialized tikect, no problem (in stats), but subtract the time spent on that ticket not yet.
I have a clone of the prodution OTRs and have been trying for severeal days now, whit no sucess.
Any ideias... I believe that i not an oTRS newbie, but i cant think in a way to to that.
