Hi,
After upgrade the 3.3.5 version to 4.09, when i select old tickets with a queue with first response time or update time or solution time configured, the otrs is processing and does not respond; if i put zero in first response time and update time and solution time, i can select old tickets no problems.
No have information in the log of otrs and apache about this problem.
What is the cause of this problem?

Hi,
I executed a new update process to the patch 13 and the problem persists.
After the upgrade, when i click in "queue view", the system is processing and does not respond; if i put zero in first response time and update time and solution time of queues, the "queue view" works fine.
Please, what the problem?
