Hi,
is it possible to restrict the "Ticket > Status view" that Users only can see Tickets where they have "rw" rights on the queue?
The standard setting is that u can see also "ro" Tickets in the view but i will find these Tickets in the search function.

I just found a second .pm file where i had to change the ermission to rw.

But a suggestion, it would be cool to have an option in the backend like its implemented for the escalation tickets

RO means they should be able to see the ticket. They shouldn't need to be able to modify it to see it. Don't break the code for this.

The Idea is, that the Agent can find the Ticket via the search, but dont have them listed on any view
