Show EMPTY fields in CMDB

Hi,

I want to see also empty fields in my CMDB (ALL fields, not only occupied) but i dont kwon to do this... i only see occupied fields.

At the image (it´s from internet) see the fields "Description" or "Owner" which is empty, i would like this.

This doesn't make any sense to me.

CMDB does not hide empty fields. Are you sure that the fields you want to see are in your definition?
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

Yes, i am sure.

I see this (Capura.png)

and in my definition is this fields (2.PNG)

Empty fields show for me and I didn't modify anything on AgentITSMConfigItemZoom. Is yours a fresh installation?

Did you edit the class definition after creating the CI in the screenshot?

It might still use an old definition. Other than that, I have no idea what is happening to you.

no, firstly i create class definition and after i created the CI. i use new definition.
I dont know what is happend, i thing it is a bug...
