500 Internal Server Error

Hello,

Anyone can help me, what what happened to my server? and how to solve it? :(

*i use otrs appliance version 4.0.7

Did you actually read the error?

It says you don't have any more free disk space...
Currently using: OTRS 6.0.14 -- MariaDB -- Ubuntu 16 LTS

How to add space in the directory /dev/vg/SHARE ?

Don't use the appliance for production.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Is there any other solution to solve this problem? :(

whether there is a link between the data in a log file with OTRS?
OTRS log file can be manually deleted?

Hi,

maybe you should ask the supplier of the appliance for help.
It is a "blackbox" and you may need depp linux knowledge to get it running again.
