Last agent email-external tag notification

Hi all,

I have a question on custom notification.

I would like to be able to show the last agent article body in the notification, i tryed the tag <OTRS_AGENT_EMAIL[..]> but instead of get the body of article n°7 (as in the attached figure) I get the body of the article 8 (note-internal).

The question is: is it possible to get the last agent email-external?

What are you trying to automate? Because you can (usually) Reply from 7.

I try to automate a notification when a ticket pass from state A to state B.

1. I put the ticket in state A (Pending button)
2. otrs job move expired ticket from state A to state B
3. when the ticket reach state B an automatic notification start

In the tag <OTRS_AGENT_EMAIL[..]> of the notification message there is the body of the article 8 (note-internal), but i want the article n°7 (agent reply to customer).
